• Where is the store based?

  Tokyo, Japan

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  We accept orders from Japan, the US, the UK (excluding Northern Ireland), Australia, and many other global regions. However, due to the EU's December 2024 implementation of GSPR import regulations we sadly can no longer ship to EU countries.

  Storenvy does not allow us to block individual countries from placing ordering, so If we cannot ship to you country will see a disproportionately large shipping fee on your order which means we cannot ship to you. If you accidentally place an order (despite the huge fee) we will automatically cancel and refund your order.

  I am currently based in Tokyo, so please note that "domestic shipping" settings are in fact for Japan.

  Please be aware that customs fees may apply at the port of entry depending on your country and the monetary value of your purchase. This fee is not included in shipping and is the responsibility of the purchaser. Please check your country's parcel provider website for information on when to expect customs fees.

  ATTENTION UK CUSTOMERS: starting in 2021, new laws for import customs fees have been put in place. You may be required to pay a fee on your incoming parcel from Japan, regardless of its monetary value. Please check your country's import fees before ordering from Japan.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders (Japan) take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Though they sometimes arrive earlier, please expect international shipping delivery times (US included) to vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• What is Storenvy?

  This store is created with Storenvy, an online store builder and marketplace for inspired brands. As a shopper, you can discover and buy items from multiple stores from all over the world and check out in one step at or open your own store for free.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

  The Storenvy checkout process is powered by both Stripe and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
