The zine, "matsuri," is a collection of stories by Tokyo-based artists. The theme is "Festivals of Tokyo" and each artist tells a unique visual story that evokes the festive, exciting, fun, and strange aspects of the matsuri festival experience in semibiographical, fictional, or fantastic stories and comics that takes place in Tokyo.

Majority of contents is in English or bilingual.

Erica Ward's artwork appears in the story, "Neko Matsuri" within the book, written by Maira M. Moura, illustrated by Erica Ward.

The fourth anthology zine produced by ToCo Tokyo Collective.
